Noi began her journey in permanent makeup in 2014, starting from her home studio. She took a bold step forward by opening her first brick-&-mortar location in Seattle. As her business flourished, Noi expanded to a larger facility in Mountlake Terrace in 2022, which is now equipped with a comprehensive training center.

Over the years, Noi & her team have successfully performed over 20,000 treatments, including training aspiring students. Driven by her passion for the industry, she developed her own line of high-quality PMU supplies under the brand S3D, which are now available worldwide.

In her quest for excellence, Noi has traveled extensively to receive training from some of the industry's leading experts. She holds over 20 certifications in diverse areas including various brow styles, medical tattooing, scar & stretch mark treatment, lip blush, smokey eyeliner, scalp micro-pigmentation, body art tattoos, & tattoo removals. Noi continually stays abreast of the latest techniques & tools, integrating them into her training programs & services.

Beyond her extensive knowledge & expertise, Noi derives great joy from educating & mentoring new artists. Witnessing the growth & success of each individual she trains brings her immense satisfaction.

Before specializing in permanent makeup, Noi accumulated 28 years of experience as a cosmetologist, nail technician, & makeup artist, with a focus on brow shaping.

Meet Your Artist & Educator Crystal,

Crystal's journey in the permanent cosmetics industry has opened up a world of limitless creative possibilities. This path has allowed her to grow as an artist & refine her skills in various techniques, including lip blush, smokey eyes, microblading, microshading, powder ombre, hybrid ombre, pigment removal, body art, & scalp treatment. Beginning her apprenticeship in 2017 under the mentorship of Noi, the Owner & Master Educator of SEATTLE3DBROWS, has made this journey even more rewarding.

Growing up in a family of beauticians, Crystal was immersed in the beauty industry from a young age. Observing her family work their magic on clients not only inspired her deep love for beauty & artistry but also provided her with invaluable insights into the craft. This background has instilled in her a strong passion for perfecting the intricate details of her work.

Crystal has a particular focus on eyebrows, believing they play a vital role in enhancing an individual’s natural beauty. She is dedicated to honing her skills & techniques to ensure that each client feels confident & beautiful. Her commitment to excellence drives her to continually improve & innovate in her practice.

MK embarked on her permanent makeup journey in 2016 as an apprentice to Master Artist & Educator, Noi. Over the years, she has blossomed into a passionate artist, developing her own unique designs in techniques such as microblading, microshading, powder ombre, hybrid ombre, stretch mark camouflage, & scar treatment. Her commitment to her craft is evident in the precision & artistry she brings to each service.

From a young age, MK developed a love for makeup, experimenting with various brands & products. This early passion laid a strong foundation for her beauty career, which began in retail. Working in beauty retail, where she sold makeup & nail products, allowed her to gain valuable insights into the diverse shapes & looks that suit each individual client. This experience has significantly enhanced her brow shaping skills & overall aesthetic sensibility.

MK's journey with SEATTLE3DBROWS has been particularly fulfilling, as she feels fortunate to have the guidance & support of her aunt, Noi. Additionally, completing David Zhang's permanent makeup training program has further sharpened her skills & heightened her artistic vision. These experiences have equipped her with the tools necessary for success in the ever-evolving field of permanent cosmetics.

Family is a priority for MK, & she values the opportunity to help one another grow & succeed. She is dedicated to continuously learning & perfecting her art with each client she serves, embracing the journey with enthusiasm & enjoyment.
