Noi began her journey in permanent makeup in 2014, starting from her home studio. She took a bold step forward by opening her first brick-&-mortar location in Seattle. As her business flourished, Noi expanded to a larger facility in Mountlake Terrace in 2022, which is now equipped with a comprehensive training center.

Over the years, Noi & her team have successfully performed over 20,000 treatments, including training aspiring students. Driven by her passion for the industry, she developed her own line of high-quality PMU supplies under the brand S3D, which are now available worldwide.

In her quest for excellence, Noi has traveled extensively to receive training from some of the industry's leading experts. She holds over 20 certifications in diverse areas including various brow styles, medical tattooing, scar & stretch mark treatment, lip blush, smokey eyeliner, scalp micro-pigmentation, body art tattoos, & tattoo removals. Noi continually stays abreast of the latest techniques & tools, integrating them into her training programs & services.

Beyond her extensive knowledge & expertise, Noi derives great joy from educating & mentoring new artists. Witnessing the growth & success of each individual she trains brings her immense satisfaction.

Before specializing in permanent makeup, Noi accumulated 28 years of experience as a cosmetologist, nail technician, & makeup artist, with a focus on brow shaping.
